Our licensing enables Brask Haven to offer a wide range of health-related and support services. Our services include 24-hour caring staff in a home-like atmosphere.
- We offer assistance with activities of daily living for seniors who choose not to live in their own homes but do not require nursing home placement.
- We provide services to independent, ambulatory residents with walkers and wheelchair-bound residents with one-person assistance.
- Residents with minor forgetfulness – residents respond to redirection without aggression.

CADI and Elderly Waiver
Our facility is eligible for CADI and EW.
Our care team professionals will perform a complete assessment to determine the level of need and work directly with case managers and social workers on your behalf to ensure all paperwork is complete and approved.
