Brask Haven is a family-owned and operated mid-size customized assisted living facility. It is a multi-level home with wheelchair-accessible entries on two levels.
Brask Haven sits on 20 acres of land in a peaceful country setting surrounded by gardens, birds, and mature trees in North Branch, MN. We have been in business for the last 18 years, providing passionate care for our residents.
